On May 7, 2014, EnergySolutions, Inc. (the “Company”, “EnergySolutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) announced that we are seeking to refinance our existing debt (the “Proposed Refinancing”). The Proposed Refinancing has not been consummated or committed to, and we provide no assurance that it may or will be pursued, entered into or consummated.

A copy of a presentation to be made to potential lenders, dated May 7, 2014, in connection with the Proposed Refinancing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
