Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously disclosed, the former Chief Financial Officer of STAG Industrial, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), resigned effective as of April 21, 2014. As of the date hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company has not announced a successor Chief Financial Officer. During this transition period, Benjamin S. Butcher, the Company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, will serve as the Company’s principal financial officer, and William R. Crooker, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer.
