Effective May 1, 2014, Deborah Linden resigned as a director from the board of directors (the “Board”) and the Chief Operating Officer of RealBiz Media Group Inc. (the “Company”).
Also effective May 1, 2014, the Company appointed Michael Craig, age 63, and Warren Kettlewell, age 68, as directors of the Board.
There are no family relationships between Mr. Craig or Mr. Kettlewell and any director, executive officer or person nominated or chosen by the Company to become as director or executive officer. Additionally, there have been no transactions involving Mr. Craig or Mr. Kettlewell that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
