Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 6, 2014, Planar Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 28, 2014, and its expectations regarding certain financial results for the third quarter and for the full 2014 fiscal year (the “Earnings Release”). The Earnings Release contains forward-looking statements regarding the Company, and includes cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated. The Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act.
