On May 2, 2014, John D. Arnold announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Measurement Specialties, Inc. (the “Company”) effective May 2, 2014. Mr. Arnold retired solely for personal reasons and there were no disagreements between him and the Company relative to his resignation.
