On May 6, 2014, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on June 30, 2014 to holders of record of its common stock at the close of business on June 9, 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release issued on May 6, 2014 announcing the declaration of the dividend is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
