Retirement of Director
On May 5, 2014, Philip Summe informed the Board of Directors of Direct Insite Corp. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from his position as Director and Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately prior to the Company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled for June 3, 2014. Mr. Summe indicated that he did not have any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies or practices. The Company would like to thank Mr. Summe for his years of service to the Board.
