The sole purpose of this Amendment No. 2 to the current report on Form 8-K of Crailar Technologies Inc. (the "Company") that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on February 5, 2014 (the "Original Form 8-K"), as amended by the Company's current report on Form 8-K/A that was filed with the SEC on February 21, 2014 (such amended Form 8-K, together with the "Original Form 8-K" the "Form 8-K") is to re-file Exhibits 10.1 and 10.6 to the Form 8-K in order to address certain comments from the SEC with respect to certain portions of such exhibits had been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.
