Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2014, Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the first quarter ended March 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is to replace a previously filed Form 8-K which unintentionally contained the Company's fourth quarter and year-end 2013 press release instead of the first quarter 2014 press release.
