SIMPLICITY BANCORP, INC. INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Covina, California – May 1, 2014 – Simplicity Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMPL) announced today that on April 30, 2014 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 30, 2014 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2014.
