Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 2, 2014, SMTC Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first quarter ended March 30, 2014, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
