          On May 2, 2014, the Company issued a press release concerning the shutdown of its operations at its zinc production facility in Monaca, PA on April 30, 2014 and the elimination of salaried and hourly positions at that facility.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated by reference herein.
