Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 1, 2014, Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that trading of its CHESS Depositary Interests on the Australian Securities Exchange (the "ASX") has been suspended in connection with the Company's previously announced process of delisting from the ASX. It is expected that the Company will be removed from the official list of the ASX at the close of trading on May 8, 2014 (Sydney, Australia time).
A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
