Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 1, 2014, The Pantry, Inc. issued a press release and presentation announcing, among other things, the results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 27, 2014. The press release and presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
