On April 29, 2014, Jefferson Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Jefferson Federal Bank, announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2014. The press release announcing financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2014 is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
