On April 29, 2014, Pericom Semiconductor Corporation issued a press release announcing earnings for the fiscal third quarter 2014 which ended March 29, 2014. A copy of the press release and presentation slides which will be discussed in Pericom’s webcast earnings call are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
