Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 28, 2014, MCG Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. In addition, on April 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a distribution of $0.07 per common share payable on May 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on May 9, 2014.
