On April 28, 2014, CBS Outdoor Americas Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 9, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
