| On April 21, 2014, Sean Lee retired from the board of directors of Valuesetters Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lee’s decision to retire was for personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. |
