On April 25, 2014, Sabre Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of the Company’s recently completed initial public offering have exercised their option to purchase 5,880,000 additional shares of common stock from the Company, at the public offering price less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments.
