Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Pursuant to discussions with management of PulteGroup, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 19, 2014, Patrick J. Beirne, Area President - Central Area, will be leaving the Company later this year in connection with certain organizational changes. Mr. Beirne will receive separation benefits consistent with the Company’s Executive Severance Policy.
