(e) On April 17, 2014, the Compensation Committee of Inphi Corporation approved a change in title for Ron Torten from Vice President of Worldwide Operations to Senior Vice President of Operations and IT. The Compensation Committee also approved an increase in base salary for Mr. Torten from $241,020 to $275,000, and approved an increase in base salary for Richard Ogawa, our General Counsel, from $220,000 to $240,000.
