Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 21, 2014, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the first quarter of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
