Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 16, 2014, QVC, Inc. (“QVC”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Interactive Corporation, issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the expansion of QVC’s European presence into France.
