On April 17, 2014, we announced that the board of directors of our general partner, ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., approved a cash distribution of 74.5 cents per unit for the first quarter 2014. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
