Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 17, 2014, Mr. Claude Wagner, Chief Actuarial Officer of the Company, submitted his resignation which will be effective on June 30, 2014. Mr. Wagner’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
