FIRST MERCHANTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND
First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on April 17, 2014 of $0.08 per share, payable on June 20, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 6, 2014. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is June 4, 2014.
