Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (the “Bank”) has announced that Sanjay Bhasin, Executive Vice President & Group Head of Members and Markets, has resigned from the Bank effective May 9, 2014 to join the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas as President and CEO.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 16, 2014, the Bank sent a letter to members announcing Mr. Bhasin’s departure, the text of which is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
