(b) Departure of Vice President of Commercial Operations and Marketing
Effective April 10, 2014, Mr. Harold Baker ceased to be employed by Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (the Company) in his capacity of Vice President of Commercial Operations and Marketing. Mr. Baker will provide consulting services to the Company over a transition period to be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Mr. Baker.
