Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 15, 2014, Shire plc issued a press release containing information in respect of certain factors for consideration when updating models ahead of Shire’s Q1 2014 results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
