As of April 8, 2014, William E. Hughes, Jr. was reassigned to the position of Senior Vice President-Director of Mortgage Lending of Malvern Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Hughes previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank.
