Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 11, 2014, EXCO Resources, Inc. announced the pricing of its registered public offering of $500.0 million aggregate principal
amount of Senior Notes due 2022. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K.
