On April 10, 2014, J. Henry Denny provided Alliance One International, Inc. (the “Company”) with formal notice of his intention to retire as Executive Vice President – Business Relationship Management and Leaf on June 30, 2014. The Company has announced that Graham Kayes, currently the Company’s Regional Director for Africa, is being promoted to Executive Vice President – Business Relationship Management and Leaf effective July 1, 2014.
