Bi-Optic Ventures Inc. (the "Company") listed on NEX TSX Venture Exchange (the Exchange), wishes to announce that further to the Exchanges bulletin dated April 7, 2014, the Company has issued 7,907,900 shares deemed at a price of $0.05 per share to extinguish $395,395 in debt. The shares issued in connection with the settlement of these outstanding debts will be subject to a four month hold period expiring on August 8, 2014.
