Steadfast Apartment REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) is distributing a letter to the Company’s stockholders in connection with the delivery of the Company’s annual report to its stockholders. The full text of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
