On April 2, 2014, Patrick J. Wagner notified QR Energy, LP (the “Partnership”) of his decision to resign from his position as the Senior Vice President—Western Business Unit of the Partnership in order to pursue other opportunities. His resignation is effective as of April 8, 2014.
