ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On April 2, 2014, CoreComm Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing commencement of a geophysical magnetometer survey on the Os mineral claim. For further information, please refer to the News Release attached as exhibit 99.1to this report on Form 8-K.
