On April 6, 2014, BlackRock, Inc. (“BlackRock” or the “Company”) announced that, effective as of June 1, 2014, (i) Charles S. Hallac, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Company, will assume a new position as Co-President of the Company and (ii) Robert L. Goldstein, currently Global Head of BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business and BlackRock Solutions, will become Chief Operating Officer of the Company while continuing to lead BlackRock Solutions.
