Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective April 1, 2014, Danny D. Finuf assumed the position of President - Brown Mackie Colleges. Mr. Finuf previously served as the Executive Vice President - Education Systems Operations of Education Management Corporation (the “Company”). Guy P. Bell, who previously served as President of the Brown Mackie Colleges education system, will leave the Company as of April 30, 2014.
