SECTION 7 — Regulation FD

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Union Contract

On March 29, 2014, Colt Defense LLC (“Colt”) through its domestic operating subsidiary, Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC, reached a tentative agreement with UAW Local 376 for a new five year contract covering approximately 530 employees.  This agreement was ratified by the union membership on March 30, 2014.  The new contract, which replaces an agreement set to expire on March 31, 2014, will run through March 31, 2019.
