Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 1, 2014, Terri L. Schexnaydre, Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc.’s Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, provided notice of her resignation as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in order to accept a position at another company. Ms. Schexnaydre will serve in her current capacity until her departure on April 25, 2014.
