Resignation of Jeremiah J. Ashcroft III
On April 1, 2014, Jeremiah J. Ashcroft III, Senior Vice President of Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., and President, Buckeye Services submitted his resignation, effective April 15, 2014, to pursue another opportunity.
