Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement; Item 5.02(e). Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 1, 2014, The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (“PNC”) entered into new time sharing agreements with William S. Demchak, Robert Q. Reilly and Joseph C. Guyaux, our CEO, CFO and Chief Risk Officer, respectively, with respect to use of PNC’s corporate aircraft. These agreements replace prior agreements in place between PNC and these executives with respect to our corporate aircraft.
The new form of time sharing agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.49 and incorporated herein by reference.
