Item 8.01 – Other Events.

On April 2, 2014 the Florida Department of Environmental Protection approved and issued a Type 1 domestic wastewater residuals permit to N-Viro International Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mulberry Processing, LLC, to enable the Company to start up operations at its new Central Florida location.
