Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On April 3, 2014, McCormick & Company, Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that Charles T. Langmead, President – Global Industrial Business, will retire from the Company effective July 1, 2014. From now until his retirement, Mr. Langmead will continue to serve in his current role.
