Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On October 15, 2013, M Line Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada to increase the Company’s authorized common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), from [y] ([y]) to five hundred million (500,000,000) shares of Common Stock.
