On March 27, 2014, Capstone Companies, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release on financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. Capstone also conducted a Webcast and teleconference call on these results on March 28, 2014. Attached to this Amendment Number One to the Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is the transcript for the Webcast-Teleconference Call.
