On April 2, 2014, Annie’s, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the completion of its previously announced acquisition of the snack manufacturing plant in Joplin, Missouri. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
