Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 31, 2014, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of the regular semi-annual redetermination of the borrowing base by the lenders under the Company’s revolving credit agreement, providing an update on outstanding hedges, and announcing participation in upcoming investor conferences. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
