Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 1, 2014, Northrim BanCorp, Inc. announced by press release it has completed the acquisition of Alaska Pacific Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Alaska Pacific Bank, in a stock and cash transaction.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
